Ossory Youth is managed by a voluntary board of directors. The role of the board members is to oversee the implementation of the Strategy Statement (2019-2023), to ensure a sustainable youth service, which is working with young people through a strong and committed staff team and volunteer base. The board is made up of representatives from the community and voluntary sector and individuals with specialist skills and interests in law, employment, finance, politics, community and youth.
